- I will be courteous and respectful to my customers.
- I will not give legal advice unless I am an attorney.
- I will advise my customers of all delays.
- I will never alter documents given to me for processing.
- I will maintain the confidentiality of all documents given to me.
- I will not engage in illegal activity as a CAA.
- I will follow the proper state legalization procedures.
- I will not delay processing of my customer's documents.
- I will endeavor to keep abreast of all legalization changes.
- I will endeavor to be the best Apostille Agent possible.
